Hdd issues?

so my server has been acting up when it comes to loading data.

so i figured id run a smart status check and call the host to see what they think, they say nothing is wrong, but i'm still experiencing these issues

 

basic system specs:

os is ubuntu 12.04.4

64 gb of ddr3 ECC ram @ 1333mhz

intel® Xeon® CPU E5-1620 0 @ 3.60GHz

2 x 2000 GB HDD
