GTX 965m Input Needed

Hello everyone, I was wondering for your opinion on the gtx965m. Do you think I could run a laptop with 2gbvram using the gtx965  and be futureproofed for the next couple of years on a 1080p display. Future proofed meaning I could play at max graphics and textures for the next 4-5 years. Processor would probably be i7 4700 series. If not how long do you think this gpu will last before it cannot play at max graphic with the new games. I am curious to see whether you guys think that 2gb vram in general would be enough for the next several years. Thanks guys

Cough cough. I dont think you can play games maxed at 1080p with a 970 for the next 4 - 5 years. Forget a M version

Laptops (besides the GT80 Titan) will not be future proofed the same way a desktop will. The 965m is equivalent to a 750 ti in performance so... Just get a desktop if you want to game. Unless you got monehz it's not worth investing in an expensive laptop.
