Gpu voltage increase not working

I started a previous thread were I was unsure about increasing core voltage but decided because of my low gpu temps I was OK with it. That being said I gave my gtx 750 to +31 mv and was unable to increase my oc. I was confused until I realized my gpu was pulling the exact same voltage of 1.1810 as before I increased it. Is there anyway I can fix this so it actually increases gpu voltage?

Did you raise the power limit at all?

Also, you're double checking that you applied it in the first place?  I've forgotten to do that before...

Precision X does the exact same thing, just a different layout.

The power limit on a 750 ti is capped at 100 by nvidia think it is

As did I... If you're up for it, I'd imagine a vBIOS flash could allow you to increase the voltage.
