Wrist Rest Advice

So I'm looking for a keyboard wrist rest, don't mind spending a bit more if it's worth it.

 

The two I'm looking at at the moment are the leather Ducky one and the Grifiti Fat pad. The Ducky one would be hard to justify the cost of as I feel I've spent plenty on keyboard stuff recently and it's longer than a tkl board, but there are a lot of complaints of the top layer of the grifiti one peeling off, I could live with it fine and just stick it back down, but I've yet to see any pictures of the probelem and how bad it is.

 

So has anyone else got any better suggestions or advice on the ones listed?
