Strange Low Beep Comes From Computer Randomly

Okay, I recently upgraded to some new components and ever since then (~2 Months) my computer will make a lower pitched beep sound, maybe a quarter to an eighth of a second long at random times. Sometimes an hour between beeps and sometimes I don't here it at all for a couple days. I am hoping someone out there knows what might be causing this and if it can be disabled or even if it's an actually issue that I need to address. The components added as well as previous components will be listed below.

Thanks!

New Hardware

Gigabyte GA-Z97-UD3H-BK

Intel Core i5 4690K

EVGA GTX 780 SC

250 GB Samsung 840 EVO

NZXT Grid+

EDIT: Forgot about the PSU: Corsair RM 850

Old Hardware

EVGA GTX 780 SC

2x 1TB Seagate Hybrid 2.5" drive

1x 2TB Seagate HDD 3.5"

7x Noctua NF-A14

Corsair H110

16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz

Motherboard came with an external speaker that I did not install, would the board have an additional on-board speaker?

interesting

I would definitely look at the manual then, as this could be something going wrong...or maybe a bad fan bearing that squeaks maybe??

first order of business is seeing if theres an onboard speaker to know if the board is trying to talk to u or not

Thanks for the tip, just read through the manual and it only mentions the pins to attach the speaker, nothing of an onboard internal speaker.

EDIT: I am thinking it might be the power supply but I have no idea how to test it (Also I don't have another PSU to test with right now), I have pretty much stuck my head in the computer and waited for it to beep and got it to once but have no clue where it came from.

If there's no onboard speaker, then it's probably a fan bearing. I've got a fan in my case thats got a bad bearing. For the first 30 minutes i turn my computer on it has a loud whine, then it just stops. Really weird, but im too lazy to mess with it lol
