Because of the similarity of the PCBs; GTX 670 and GTX 680 water-blocks are compatible with most GTX 760 cards.

Note the Generation. Old generation card water-blocks are compatible with newer gen cards.

P.S.: Because of this its worth looking out for people selling their old generation water blocks on eBay while they are upgrading tot he newer generation higher tier cards.

Sorry, there is no GTX 680 waterblock that is certified compatible by CoolingConfig such that I could find. Do enlighten if I've mistaken though.

If your in Europe or you dont mind importing stuff, you could try Alphacool, they do full blocks for all types of cards
