sound problem

I got Turtlebeach Seven very cheap, but the control unit that came with it have some white noise, then i connected them to my sound card, and no white noise yeeh, and sounded great, but how to get the mic to work?, can i maybe buy a control unit like turtlebeach have, since these headphones only have one jack.

 

If any of you have a fix to that white noise, that whould be great to, i did try to connect them to an other computer, and to my xbox, but same issus.
