LoadLibrary error 998?

So I got an error when trying to open minecraft up (I know im a n3rd) and I clicked the large play button and it runs and then an error comes up. The error says the following. Loadlibrary failed with error 998: invalid to access memory location. I tried uninstalling java and minecraft and that did nothing. Also I know for a fact that all of my drivers are up to date. The odd part is that it only does this for Minecraft. Not any other game.
