I'm cleaning my PC cause it looks shite right now with all the dust and stuff and I have this Rexco 18 compressed air that says it's fine for cleaning computers but it also says quick drying and has petroleum as its contents. When I spray it it has some liquid in it. Should I use it?

Most canned airs have liquid in them(that sometimes sprays out), its fine I guess. I have never heard of Rexco 18 before, but I found this on the Rexco product page:

REXCO 18 IS A PLASTIC-SAFE GENERAL-PURPOSE EVAPORATING CLEANER FOR USE ON SENSITIVE ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. REXCO 18 FORMULATED TO QUICKLY PENETRATE INTO HARD TO REACH AREAS AND EFFECTIVELY FLUSH AWAY CARBON DEPOSITS, DIRT, OIL, GREASE, DUST, LINT AND OTHER LIGHT CONTAMINANTS. USUALLY USED AT CIRCUIT BOARDS, TUNERS, SWITCHES, PRECISION INSTRUMENTS,  AUDIO/ VIDEO HEADS AND ELECTRONIC PARTS ETC. REXCO 18 IS NON-CORROSIVE AND NON CONDUCTIVE, FAST DRYING, LEAVE NO RESIDUE.

So its probably safe to use. Also LOL at the all caps rage on their website.

Thats normal for compressed air. Just dont use it while your pc is running.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'm gonna use it and maybe wait for an hour until it dries completely
