Pics Suddenly Corrupting

I hope someone can help.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 that I have been using since June 2014.  My pics are defaulted to save to my SD card and up until recently everything has been fine.  However, recently about a week or two now when I take a pic some of the pics corrupt on the SD card.  When I try to open the pic from the within the camera or in the Gallery I will see a black and grey icon or I can see the pic but up to about 75% of the pic is grayed out like it's being censored or something.  I am using the default camera that comes with the phone.  Can anyone help me?

Did you try a different SD card?

Plug the Card into a PC directly. If the file still shows up corrupted, then your card is propably faulty and you should replace it. You can use your Pc to copy it's content to the new one, if you still need it.
