Help with 990fx extreme3

I cannot get my 990fx extreme3 to detect any hard drives my ssd gets warm, but my HDD doesn't spin...using a antec basiq 550w PSU,and a 8320 fx processor, 8gb of crucial ballistic vlp mem,a sandisk ssd and a segate HDD. Please help!

Tried multiple cables and ports on the psu...
