Good cross platform games

Sup,

 

A friend and I were hoping to game together. Problem though: Her platforms Ps4 and XBOX 360. Mine a meager but capable Pentium G3258 (3.2Ghz) with 8Gb of DDR3 1866-Mhz Memory with 1TB drive of WD Red NAS storage/boot-drive held together by a MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozor 2Gb Factory OC GPU Powered by 750 watts of Rosewill goodness all resting on a MSI G-45 Z-97 OC board(a lapse in my judgement but dot regret it) encased in a NZXT Source 530.

 

So are the any good (preferable free) truly cross platform multi player games out there?

I was gonna suggest Bloons Tower Defense Battles. Android + Apple support. I can't think of any that is PC + Console supported

warframe is pretty good. TF2 is on pc, the old-gen console port stunk... um.. can't think of anything else?

​no body makes cross-platform games that run on PC since mouse and keyboard is obviously vastly superior to controller...
