netflix quality help

ok so when netflix finally gets to australia i may have an issue, my house has 500GB a month and currantly we use around 450 of that.

 

from what i know netflix has a quality setting

 

Low = 0.3 gb an hour

medium = 0.7 gb an hour

high = 3 gb and hour

 

so can someone who has netflix tell me what resolution are these setting and if possible what medium settings looks like. or evan screen cap if you can thanks
