New display

My 1st post here, so hello everyone

 

Straight t the point- I`m looking for a new display and I a have a few restrictions:

 

- IPS Panel (or similiar,  PLS comes to mind);

 

- HAS to have VESA mount;

 

- Display Port would be nice, but not necessary;

 

- Slim in terms of bezel and thickness (but again, this is not a must, more of a visual thing);

 

- Cheap as dirt :-P I plan to spend $400 approx.

 

Will use it for light gaming (no need for high hz numbers), nothing competitive- I play mostly single player RPGs. Color reproduction is crucial for me, as I will be doing some photo editing on it.
