I hate to actually respond with this. But google is your friend. You probably wont find a book. But you can find hundreds of pages with active and passive cooling explained. I guess you could print them out

I know a lot about cooling ( even write now i order phobya kit) but i have work in my school to do so i need book. They say in school wikipedia is 98% corect and that doesnt count.

Go on wikipedia and look at the sources the writer of the article uses and link that as the source you used.

98% is substantially better than any textbook your school is using.  With the possible exception of basic math.

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_i_42?rh=k%3Apc+cooling%2Ci%3Astripbooks&keywords=pc+cooling&ie=UTF8&qid=1422461403

Not sure if any of these are really that useful, but since you are in Bosnia, what are the chances that your school checks references?

(Although they might equally doubt you actually read them...)
