High ram useage

Ok so i was playing BF4 and suddenly my ram useage skyrockets and when i restarted my pc its still skyrocketed up, my rams connections are fine and that it still showes up as 8 gig's  its running at around 80% useage, if you got any ideas on how to fix it please throw them out at me!

It literly show's nothing takeing up any, i restarted it multiple times and suddenly its free lol, i wonder if its a BF4 memory issue or a windows 8.1 memory issue

I pretty sure that bf4 had a memory leakage issue at one point - it should be patched; but maybe it stuck around for you somehow.

Im sorry but this is still bothering me, i did some looking around as i overclocked it and it would overclock the NB frequency and leave the ram uneffected, but im useing a XMP profile
