i just bought this one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823126346&cm_re=logitech_mechanical_keyboard-_-23-126-346-_-Product

But for under $50 you can get a mechanical keyboard but its not going to be name brand and of any quality

Isn't that the one that got so much complaints because the key caps were breaking so fast?

I read that Logitech offered to send replacements which is awesome but this doesn't seem like a good way to go if you want durability. Linus has a video about the keyboard, though.

I have no experience with mechanical keyboards, I still use one with rubber-domes.

Not sure what you're looking for (switch-type, full-size/tenkeyless, macro/multimedia keys, backlight, etc.)?

The Corsair Vengeance RGB K-series seems to be quite popular, as well as the ones from Cooler Master (CM Storm series).

I've heard a lot of good things about the Ducky Shine and DAS Keyboard.

I - personally - am waiting for the Cherry MX 6.0 to come out and get cheaper (currently listed at ~190€ at some German online-shop) because I like low-profile keycaps.
