Ok so I posted about my soundcard being ridiculously dumb:

I posted on asus's ROG forums, someone said to use "DPC Latency Checker"  to find out why it's crackling etc.

http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?33922-Phoebus-problems&country=&status=

Literally once my computer was on for more than 6 hours, the audio crackles+ the DPC Latency Checker has tons of "spikes" in it that go from the normal 50-150 "us" to upwards of 6000 "us"

THIS IS BEFORE 6-8 HOUR MARK:

AFTER 6-8 HOURS, this is when the sound "artifacts" show up:

I don't understand why it doesn't do this before the 6-ish hour mark, and not all the time? After I reboot it stops, then 6-8 hours later, sound artifacts are back.

The Latency Checker tells me to go disable devices/drivers and stuff and figure out what's up, so I suppose I'll start that and let everyone know what happens after.

Is it possible that the drivers for my onboard sound could be interfering?

Will post more after I do some tests, incase anyone has this same problem hopefully I can find a solution!

@Lays feel the back of the card after those 6-8 hours,is it excessively warm?

It's not to warm, I can touch it and I think its maybe like... a little warmer than my skin, maybe like 90 degrees fahrenheit?

Plus, even before I got my second 780, the card was in slot 4, so there was a good like 6 inches away from any sources of heat, so I can't imagine it's overheating
