Please Help Me Windows 7 Keeps Crashing

I got a new hard drive put windows on it, and now it crashes very often. It does not want to update I should also add.

About the updating, that could (POSSIBLY) be the issue. Often time updates fix issues and your issue may be fixed by updating. Other than that, I'm not really sure. Sorry bud.
