Display Glitch After Windows Update

So windows had one of it's useless updates again today and forced me to restart my computer so it could install them, it said it was only a windows defender update but when I restarted the computer the Windows 8 loading screen was duplicated and it stayed like that. 

 

I have updated both the AMD and Intel Drivers for my laptop and restarted and it is still doing it. It is stuck at 1024 x 768 and has duplicated the display 4 times across the screen.
