Have some Sony front left and front right speakers just laying outside.I was wondering if its possible to use them in stereo without owning the rest of the pieces.

you will need an amp to power them, so if you have an old stereo and some geto-rigging skills yup. they probably wont have very good bass though

So I can't just connect them to an amp?Do I need a stereo?

LP-2020A+ Lepai amp is cheap if you don't have anything lying around at home.

LP-2020A+ Lepai amp is cheap if you don't have anything lying around at home.

So simple as that.Going to see if this would be better than crappy monitor speakers pointing away from me thanks.
