Room temperature is okay, everything is well connected graphics card is r9 270x powercolor pcs+ nothing overclocked or what so ever and here is the problem, i boot up my os first few minutes everything is okay cheked voltage its around 0,8V than temperature suddenly rises to 60 degrees (5+ more or less) and voltage is around 1,2V , no backround processes are running what so ever, is this normal for a graphics card to happen before it was around 30 degrees and didnt change temperature until i started a game or any program, do i lower down the voltage or is my graphics card screwed i do not really know well about this stuff so being precise and lower number of terminology words please, thanks to anybody how might help me...

Yes its ventilated, and fans are working fine. Yes i have a warranty but in the country i live in it will take a quite some time to get it returned, so thats why im turning to you guys, i just dont know if this is normal or not i fear that it might burn or something like that.

I don't really know to be honest  man :L I would have suggested voltages, but as said they're fine... Maybe if you can try remounting it? thats all i can think of. Although the fact that the power jumps like that my be that there is a problem with the power delivery. 

 

Hopefully someone else will throw some ideas around too.
