PC Not Working

Someone please help me, I just built my custom PC
Specs:
Processor: X4 860k
MOBO: A78m-E35
Ram: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM
HDD: Western Digital 1TB
GPU: GeForce GTX 750ti FTW
PSU: 430W Corsair CX430 
Case: Rosewill Line-M Case

My computer wont turn on!!!!! My psu 24 pin connector sits about 1mm above the motherboard socket. Is that it? Is there a store i could go to to fix this or have them look at my computer? Thanks
