Computer wont start up

Hey so yesterday I was just looking at a youtube video before I shutdown my computer then today when I woke up It did not start up iit just said b2 error on led on the motherboard shows when I try to startup my computer and the screen does not show anything and it stays on b2


 


Can anyone help ? Specs msi motherboard gaming7 x99 i7 5930k ddr4 16gb hyperx Gtx980

Reset the BIOS.

Do I press the reset button when computer is on or when computer is off?
