Audio Splitter Question !

Hi , i recently buy a new PC

i use my old audio splitter , to split my speaker and headset 

i plug it at the audio jack on the back

 

but the sound only comes out from left speaker and headset

 

and when my i plug in my speaker , either to the audio jack directly or using splitter

there's a static noise coming from the speaker

 

help !!

Did you try another splitter?
