I was in bios doing some overclocking, trying to get the settings to what they I know will work, then save, didnt get pass bios for a while, so i reset, and the same happen, The next time i turn off the computer, it didnt come back on. Switch power supplies, took out the board, and put in, making sure everything in properly, still nothing. is it dead T_T and what is? Board, CPU or PSU.

PS: When i took out the board, i tried smelling for anything burnt just to make sure, got nothing.

your cpu and mobo may be the culprit. I suggest you reset the bios settings and try booting again

He did reset

open the "shell" (not sure the technical term) of the cpu see if the inside looks deformed

IHS and i wouldnt do that you cant replace it easily

if u mean the metal cap of the cpu, thats to risky

Its not too risky, if you know what you are doing

Gigabyte M68MT-S2P, AMD Phenom II x4 840, I've tried but I dont really know what to search for.

Search "Part" overclock problems. and see if there is anyone saying something about it. If anything is said that matches yours, see what they did and if they dont have a solution i would RMA the part and link the article you read on it to show its a common issue.

???

explain naked ivy

If he can't figure out how to get the computer to boot and its probably just a bad bios setting removing the IHS is probably going to cause physical damage to the CPU if he does it wrong and its really difficult to replace it.

no, just tried PSU on other board, felt a little tingle and the light came on

Hmm, sounds like your board may be dead.
