Cleaning a loop

I'm planning to extend my loop by 2 GPUs and want to use a new color. So my question is: What is the best way to clean out everything? Will tap water be okay or do I need to use distilled water?

Anything else to consider?

NEVER user tap water when dealing with water cooled systems.

Why do u wanna clean this? Just drain your loop and add gpus.

But if u want, you can just wash everything with distilled water properly. But if u used a red mayhem's dye, u won't be able to get rid of this lightred shade on tubes and etc.
