Uplay corrupting network

Hello together, my problem is all about uplay:

Yesterday I bought a FarCry 4 Uplay key and started downloading the game. I pay for 50Mbit Downstream and usually get 5,5 MB/s max when using Steam.

Starting the Download results in Uplay getting 120-150 kb/s(!) which would take 1400 hour to download FC4. I restartet my PC and router several times, run speedtests and so on. Furthermore when stopping the download via Uplay without restarting anything my overall Internetspeed is set to a download speed of 500-600kb/s. Every time I reboot router, PC and modem, the initial download speed in Uplay and elsewhere is around 5.5 up to 6 MB/s. After a short amount of time the whole network is slowed down heavily, resulting in 500 kb/s max downstream. Even the network printer is not able to print a black and white 30 page document within 30 Minutes via WLAN.

System:

Win 7 Ultimate 64bit, i7 3820QM, 16GB RAM, Killer Wireless-N 1102 WLAN Adapter, TP Link Archer C7 (AC1750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router)

The attached files show the download menu and the slowest connection my provider can possibly offer when having a bad day. I really have no idea how to solve the problem and I have to admit that I am not very good with networks, proxys and so on. Some feedback would be really nice!
