Hard Drive not showing up.

I recently bought parts to build my own pc I had troubles but got there in the end with my only storage being an intel 120gb ssd. Then when i got the money, I bought myself a Seagate Barracuda 1TB drive connected the power connector to the psu and the other cable(cant remember what it is called but the smaller one :) but not showing up in my computer.

 

When i go into the properties I find it named ST1000 hard to miss and it says that it is working fine. Please help Farcry 4 is waiting.

Disk Management --> Go to the drive --> Make a New Volume.
