Wallpaper issues?

Okay, so I have a 1920x1080p monitor, and I haven't had many problems. On my first wallpaper I just had to center it and make the rest of my background white to match. Then I try to upgrade to photo number two. This one wasn't nearly as easy. I cant have it stretched to fit, or it becomes super blocky, and I can't leave it small because that ruins the point. I downloaded the photo which is 1920x1080p. I don't see what doesn't match up. This is super stupid, but I just need some help. Thanks.
