Ethernet not working.

Go to solution Solved by QueenDemetria,

You will need to download the driver from Asus's website if you haven't already.

Hi all,

About a month or so ago, I built my dream machine. I selected the Maximus Formula VII as my motherboard.

It came with a wifi adapter, but I didn't plan on using it. I tried using an ethernet connection instead, but when I plug it in windows doesn't recognize it in my networks.

All the lights on the IO light up around the ethernet port. I'm confused as heck.

What do I need to fix this? Driver? Or is my motherboard a dud?

Any feedback is much appreciated?
