It may be possible to increase the multiplier a little. Go to your bios and look for the multiplier setting, then set it to some crazy number like 60. Hit enter and it should bring it down to the maximum your cpu can do. That's how high you'll be able to easily oc your i5. Additionally you can raise the base clock, but I don't recommend it and if you decide to do it go for small steps at a time. Before you raise your voltage see how high you can go with stock voltage, only raise it if it's absolutely necessary and only by .050 at a time.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Set the multiplier to 60?!? does that mean i'll go for 6Ghz?

...sorry didnt understand the part that it will drop to the maximum of what my CPU can handle

Intel lock their i5s to a certain clock, it wont let you go any higher. By putting it to 60 it'll automatically drop down to the highest it supports (which I think may be 37x). And ensure "sync all cores" (or similar name) is the setting you choose (not "per core").

Any idea why my booting(at the windows loading screen) is longer now about 1~2 seconds?

Ihave OC it for 5 days now to 4.1Ghz, evrything is running perfect and i got a nice boost of FPS on Flight Simulator X that use more CPU than GPU

I was wondering if the CPU fan is auto adjusting to the CPU temp ?

Thank you all, ur comments were very helpfull :)

the CPU fan should compensate for temp increases by spinning more, however if you've not changed voltage... there should be no more heat.
