Hey guys so my electricity bill came in and need to save some pennies here and there so what power settings can I change on the bios that won't effect performance I noticed with one of them it turned of turbo and got a max clock speed of 4.07 ghz on my 8350 so need help choosing the right one thank you my board is a Asus saber tooth 990fx

I'd just make sure your hard drives spin down after a short while, and that your monitors turn off. I would also recommend sleep mode after 10 minutes or whatever.

thank you is there any thing else I turned it all off in the bios when I was overclocking :)
