ESO dropping subscription model

What I have read about this you will be able to play the game for free from March this year then to get access to the new DLC packs that come after that time you will have to pay a 30,90,180 day pack to play the new content, once you stop playing you lose access to the content so this means its a pay to win system which is way worse then the DLC packs you buy from UBi/EA so be warned.  Rift went down this route and it was not good after that, many people left, me personally went back to the daddy of MMO's a few months after I stopped playing Rift.

 

Also the dropping the monthly subs for the game is due to the fact the game is coming to the Xbone and PS4 this June, you think console gamer's are willing to pay monthly subs for a game as well as the monthly/yearly subs for xbox gold and the like.

The game itself will also be very cheap by then. I am going to pick it up when they drop subscription just to see how mad bad it is. 

Imao the game is worse than LotRO.

LOTRO was a pretty decent game and it was well received.
