Aftermarket cooler needed?

Go to solution Solved by Prikk,

The only thing louder than AMD's stock cooler is probably a jet engine. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I couldn't sleep with my computers on at night with the AMD Stock cooler.  So, do invest in an aftermarket cooler. The Hyper 212 Evo isn't really that expensive anyway. Heck, the cheapest cooler you can find is probably still better than the stock AMD one.

I'm planning on building a new pc in the near future b/c my laptop is pretty bad.

My build- http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YWHQgs

I don't plan on OC my cpu so do i really need the aftermarket cooler? Will it make a huge difference if I get the cooler?

By the way I'm pretty new to computer building.

Don't buy AMD, that motherboard would fry anyways.  Go with Intel if your purpose is gaming, a locked i5 blows an FX8 out of the water.

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nchTD3
