So im getting intermitent crashes.. Screen goes completly dark. and I get weird static Noise...

Try monitoring your PC for a while until it crashes, see if something is spiking

Use HWinfo to look at wattage voltage, pretty much all of your components. And if one of them spikes, there is your problem

So your PC didn't turn off in/after the stress test?

I don't really know at this point, try switching out components with spare ones maybe to see if something is faulty
