Android Phone help

I'm looking for an android phone in the sub $150 range that will work on the at&t network in the US preferably with a full size sim. I am looking for basic functionality light app usage and a decent camera.

The moto E appears to be the only one in my price range. I am willing to spend a bit more if one of you can give me a compelling reason to, however on the low end is there really a big jump for 50 bucks?
