You shouldn't be getting any packet loss on a wired connection. Ensure the router isn't over heating and try a different cable.

I have tried using a different cable and a different router. On another system the same cables and routers have no issues.

Check for new drivers for your NIC and try to keep your Ethernet cable away from other cables to reduce any possible interference. Have you also tried a different port on the router?

So I'll be playing games of CS:GO fine on 30 ish ping, but I still lag and disconnect a lot. I ping my router in CMD and most of the time i'm getting a 25-50% packet loss. Any ways to fix this? I'm on a wired connection too using a cat6 cable.

 

I think you should call you ISP. Packet loss issues are usually on their side.
