I think thats alittle high on temps, I have my my 8320 on 1.5 with 4,8 GHZ and my idle is like 45. But I have a different cooler.

umm, Test at 4,5 and If it crashes at All I would begin to lower it and also watch the load temps and If it gets close to TJ max Begin to lower it

Max temps And for your cpu it is 80C( i think), I would try to keep it at like 70 ish

so i should stay at 4.5ghz? becouse its in the 70ish 

the test has been running for an hr now and the max temp was 68 C

max recommended temperature from AMD is 65C, I would lower it or get some better cooling

I refuse to read threads whose author does not know how to remove the caps lock!

Yes, but you should have 1 fan blowing in fresh air to the case, another out (if you only have 2 fans). Otherwise hot air is not going to leave the case readily.
