I recommend 380T.

so for quietness too go with the 380t? how about liquid cooling or not?

there are high end air coolers that are cheaper in cost than aio liquid cooling.  unless you're planning on OCing, I would just stick to air.  Depending on the cooler, temps would be around the same.

Will the 380T has better air-flow so it would be quieter, don't know about liquid but why liquid ?
