Hey,  thanks for looking at my post.  I am using:
i7 5930k

Asus X99- Deluxe

Intel 730 SSD ( OS )

4x4 Corsair RAM

AX860i PSU

I've been having boot issues with my onboard LED jumping from MEMOK to VGA and landing on BOOT DEVICE with the conclusive failure and BIOS reversion.  I have no idea how to troubleshoot this.  I've tried switching to and from IDE.  Changing XMP settings and reinstalling Windows 7 a few times.  halp1!

for SSD

you should be using AHCI

can you boot with one stick of RAM?

you board has the BIOS Flashback feature

try to repair the BIOS by download the latest BIOS into a FAT thumbdrive and plug to the mobo USB and press the BIOS button

the BIOS.CAP file need to be named accorording to your mobo code

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
