Yesterday I went on the samsung official updates page and saw that a software update was available for my country. So I went to about device>software update>update now and it said that the latest updates have already been installed. Then I pluged my phone in my PC and went to Samsung Kies 3 and it also said that this is the latest firmware version. What is going on? (Btw currently on 4.4.2 KitKat)

It might not be available for your phone due to serial number roll out or carrier (carrier most likely). If it's sim free then you should get it. Just wait a few days. :)

It should roll out soon mate, my friend is in Vip Serbia and get's update in a few days, maybe a week or two furthest. Be patient a bit and don't worry. :)
