do you have any suggestions that arent plasma then? I was thinking around 500-600

Maybe this one

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N45QF8Y/ref=twister_B00O21XUP0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

For 600 you can get like 50inch + 1080p I THINK, not sure.

Dont bother with Plasma. The last good plasma was the recently discontinued F8500 (i just picked up a 60" for $2500. Miraculously found one hiding in a local bestbuy).

Any plasma you can get now wont give you the usual plasma benefits over led, but will have all of the drawbacks of plasma.

I would 1000000% recomend Vizio's E series, and with your budget you could pick up a home theater as well.

I owned a Vizio 60" (among about 10 other tvs) for a month before I found my f8500. And in that month of comparisons, the vizio was my favorite TV.

TBH, it sucks cuz the box and marketing isnt as exciting as the big brands, but the tech is solid cuz they put that marketing money into the r and d!

If you want the best!!!!

you still want a plasma, but pretty much only if you can get

Panasonics: st-60, vt-60, zt-60 (doubtful, they have been disconitnued for 2 years now)

Samsung: F8500 (just discontinued, you may get lucky)

Current System Specs:

MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Gaming     CPU: Intel i5 9600k      GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 ti FTW Ultra Silent    PSU: EVGA 750 G2 80+ gold

Ram:  16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4-3200    Storage: 500 GB Samsung 970 EVO/ 4TB WD Blue Case: Corsair 275R-White

i was deciding between these two http://www.rtings.com/reviews/tv/lcd-led/samsung/h5203 or http://www.rtings.com/reviews/tv/lcd-led/vizio/e-series but i am leaning towards the samsung as it seems the vizio smart features suck
