Needed PC help

So this is my first time building a PC. I plugged in everything I needed to, got to the UEFI BIOS screen with no problems once there. I then decided to shut down the PC so I could install the final piece ( Blu-ray Drive) . Went to boot and nothing happens. No fans no LED's. I check all power connections and plugs , and now nothing runs. Any ideas would be much appreciated :)

Case-Corsair 250D, Mobo- Gigabyte Z97 Mini-itx, Cpu-i5 4690k @ 3.5Ghz (ATM), Ram- HyperX Fury 1866 8GB, GPU-EVGA GTX 980 4GB, PSU- Corsair AX 760, CPU Cooler-Corsair H100i
