So some random number that ive never seen before sent me this. 

 

 

I am basically an old grandpa with phones, i dont know sh** about them. Should i react to this or is it normal.

sounds like he texted the wrong number, ive been called about a job interview (im 15...) and been texted asking where XYZ was, and ive even been sexted O.o
