if it's not K,i suggest an H97 mobo. Asus makes really good mobos (h97-plus, h97 pro, h97 pro gamer and many more) but they look kinda ugly (except the h97 Pro Gamer)

I know this is $10 more, but Asus makes high quality boards and it supports SLI so it is upgradable. It also has good reviews on PcPart Picker

Why a non K CPU?

Go for the K for a few more bucks!

 

Gonna hold more value over the long run and can OC when getting outdated.
