Posted January 12, 2015 I want to get a new microphone and did some research, I found a couple which get good reviews and sounds great for the price. Blue Snowball Samson GM 1 U G-Track Samson C03 U Samson C01U Pro I will mainly be using it for VoIP and some guitar recordings once in a while (maybe not at all). I would really appreciate advice so I can make a purchase I will not regret. PS: If you own a microphone with a similar price as the ones above and it's better, please tell me so I can add it EDIT: PLEASE ELABORATE! Posted January 12, 2015 Author Blue Yeti, Snowball e.t.c The Blue Yeti is not in the same price range as the microphones I mentioned, so that would be a no go. Posted January 12, 2015 I just have very good experiences with the Snowball. I have only recently heard of Samson.. The Snowball is such a well know mic, so there are a lot of stands and arms for it too "We're all in this together, might as well be friends" Tom, Toonami. mini eLiXiVy: my open source 65% mechanical PCB, a build log, PCB anatomy and discussing open source licenses: https://linustechtips.com/topic/1366493-elixivy-a-65-mechanical-keyboard-build-log-pcb-anatomy-and-how-i-open-sourced-this-project/ mini_cardboard: a 4% keyboard build log and how keyboards work: https://linustechtips.com/topic/1328547-mini_cardboard-a-4-keyboard-build-log-and-how-keyboards-work/
 Posted January 12, 2015 is that even in range if so at 2020 I dunno i just assumed since the Samson C03 he listet costs about the same on amazon... Even if its slightly above his budget i think it would be worth spending a little more on the AT. Posted January 12, 2015 Author I dunno i just assumed since the Samson C03 he listet costs about the same on amazon... Even if its slightly above his budget i think it would be worth spending a little more on the AT. For me (I live in The Netherlands) the C03 costs 67,- euro and the AT2020 129,- (79 and 152 USD). As you can tell there is a very big difference in price here.
