It's normal for it to vary but not by that much. 

Maybe it's the power supply? Does it effect the games at all or is it just a figure?

I sometimes get FPS drops as well. Should i RMA it?

I had a similar issue with my 760. You could try and flash a ROM onto the card which will allow you to adjust the voltage although that will more than likely void the card's warranty.

Before you RMA, test some older AMD drivers and try under-clocking the card slightly.

My bad, I meant to say older AMD drivers! I'm just so used to quoting myself :rolleyes:
