I'd suggest going with air for the lower price and quieter operation unless you need more cooling for higher oc's. 

It doesn't get that much better than the Enthoo Pro but other better options would include the Arc Midi R2 and H440. The S340 is also great if you can go with a slightly shorter cpu cooler. 

The Sensei Raw is decent for ~$35 but isn't worth it at current pricing. I'm not a fan of the SS Rival either but peripherals are very subjective. For keyboards, I'd point you towards a G710 or K70. 

alright, thanks for the help, do i have to plug the psu when building, and  touching the case to discharge?

Just touch the case regularly and don't break dance on carpet with socks on.
