[SUGGESTION]Chatbox ontop of forums, something much fun

I think we need a chatbox or "shoutbox" for the forums. I googled "Linustechtips IRC" and it's dead as jesus.

 

A chatbox that if you want you can "mute" or "hide" would be awesome, especially for some of the more social ones here :)

It's been suggested over and over and over in the "Forum Suggestions" thread but it's not going to happen because of the extra strain it'll put on the LTT servers. @colonel_mortis
